Pricing: calculated for your task
There is no price list on the site: a one-off audit of a coffee shop and a season-long programme for a hotel chain are built differently. We quote after a short conversation, once the task is clear.
Why prices are on request
Two audits with the same name can differ greatly in scope. Lunch for two at a café, dinner with wine pairing, a hotel night with check-in and breakfast, a call to a spa about free slots. A published figure would be too high for a simple task and inaccurate for a complex one. So first a short conversation, then a written quote. The price in it covers the agreed scope: if you later add visits, calls or venues, we will recalculate the programme and email a new quote.
What drives the cost
- Audit format. A restaurant visit, a hotel stay, a mystery call, a digital audit or a combination.
- City. Yerevan, Gyumri, the resorts or other cities the mystery guest must travel to.
- Number of venues. One venue or a chain, with each venue audited against one checklist.
- Number of visits. One audit, several visits on different shifts or a regular programme.
Engagement formats
One-off audit
One visit to an agreed scenario and a full report. Useful for a snapshot before the season, after a team change or following a specific guest complaint.
Programme for a month or season
Several visits on different days and shifts. For resorts this format is convenient: service is audited at the start of the season and at its height, when the team is at full stretch. More on audits in Sevan, Dilijan, Tsaghkadzor and Jermuk on the Resorts page.
Chain
One checklist and identical scenarios for every venue in the chain, in one city or several. Results can be compared item by item and block by block. That shows which venue holds the standard and where a specific stage, such as payment or welcome, slips. For a chain with venues in Yerevan and at the resorts, we plan visits around each location's season.
The mystery guest's bill
On paid audits the mystery guest pays for the order like any guest. You reimburse this cost against the receipt, separately from the service fee. The order amount is agreed in advance to fit the scenario: dinner for two, a glass of wine at the bar or a night in the right room category.
Your first audit is free
One venue, a full report, no contract or prepayment. How the mystery guest's bill is paid on the first audit is agreed before the visit. So you can judge the report before deciding on a programme. If it proves useful, the next audit can use the same checklist, and you will see the difference at once.
How to get a quote
Email info@gosti.am with the type of venue, city, number of venues and what you want checked. We will reply by email and suggest a time for a short conversation, then send a quote. What else is worth including is on the Contact page.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't you quote a price straight away?
It depends on the format, city, number of venues and visits. Without these details any figure would be approximate.
Is the venue bill included in the service fee?
No. On paid audits you reimburse the mystery guest's costs separately, against the receipt, and we agree the amount in advance.
What do I get for the money?
A report with the total and blocks, visit episodes, a timeline, photos, the methodologist's recommendations and an action plan. See what it looks like in the illustrative sample.
