Information on the site

The gosti.am site describes GOSTI's mystery guest services in Armenia. Information on the site is for reference only and is not an offer. Service descriptions give a general idea of the work; the scope of a specific audit is set after the briefing. Examples, scenarios and the illustrative report on the site are invented for illustration and do not describe real venues.

Prices and terms

Cost, timing and scope of work are agreed with each client separately and in writing. Terms of the free first audit are also confirmed by email before the visit. What drives the cost is explained on the Pricing page.

Site materials

The texts, illustrative sample report and site structure belong to GOSTI. Materials may be quoted with a link to the gosti.am page the quote comes from. Copying texts in full requires written consent, which can be requested by email. Linking to gosti.am pages needs no permission.

GOSTI sites in other countries

GOSTI also works in other countries. The network's main site is gosti.com.ru. The site in Armenia covers only audits in Armenia: Yerevan, Gyumri, the resorts and other cities in the country. Sites in each country have their own terms, and these terms apply only to gosti.am.

Liability

We take care that information on the site is accurate and up to date, but it may change without separate notice. Decisions made solely on the basis of the site's texts, without a written agreement with us, are the reader's own responsibility. The parties' obligations for audits are set by written agreements. We are not responsible for the content of sites that link to gosti.am.
