There is no phone or form on the site: we reply by email. This suits you too: you can forward the email to your manager or owner, and all details of the first audit stay in one place. No need for a long email: a few lines are enough, and we will clarify the rest at the briefing. The reply will go to the address you wrote from.

What to include

• The name and type of venue: restaurant, café, wine bar, hotel, guesthouse, spa, shop, salon.
• The city, and for a chain the number of venues and the cities they are in.
• What concerns you now: guest complaints, a new team, preparing for the season, handling bookings.
• Whether you have your own service standard.
• Convenient days and times for a briefing.

If you cannot answer some points yet, that is fine. We will go through them together at the briefing. For a chain, it is enough to name the venue you want to start with: the free first audit covers one venue.

What happens next

1. We reply by email and suggest a time for a briefing: the conversation takes 30-40 minutes.
2. We agree the standard, checklist and scenario for the first audit.
3. We carry out the first audit of one venue free of charge, with no contract or prepayment.
4. The report arrives within 72 hours of the visit.

After the first report, you decide whether you need a regular programme. If so, we will email a proposed format and quote. If not, the report is yours to use with your team.

Data

The site collects no visitor data: it has no forms or analytics counters. Emails are stored with a hosting provider in Armenia and used only to reply and prepare a proposal. More in our privacy policy.
