Cities and resorts
Most of our work is in Yerevan, Gyumri and four resorts. Other Armenian cities are audited on request, including for chains with venues in several places.
Where we work
Other cities on request
Vanadzor, Vagharshapat, Goris, Kapan and other cities. The process is the same as in the capital: a 30-40 minute briefing, a checklist built on your standard, a visit on agreed days and times, a report within 72 hours, every report checked by a methodologist. Cost and the time to find a mystery guest are discussed for each city separately: they depend on the format, number of venues and visits.
The same in every city
- The mystery guest comes as an ordinary guest; staff do not know the visit dates.
- Evidence: time of key stages, receipt, photos of dishes and table setting, written observations straight after the visit.
- A methodologist checks every report before it is sent; any item can be challenged.
- Reports in Russian, or in English on request.
- On paid audits you reimburse the mystery guest's order against the receipt; the amount is agreed in advance.
Chains across several cities
If you have a restaurant in Yerevan, a café in Gyumri and a hotel at Sevan, comparing them by managers' impressions is pointless: each has their own view and habits. We draw up one checklist with shared stages, weights and critical errors, and add format specifics as separate blocks. Visits follow identical scenarios, so a result in the capital can fairly sit beside one at a resort.
If the chain has no common standard yet, one can be written before the first audits: see service standards. How weights and scoring work is set out in our methodology.
When the mystery guest comes
We time visits to each city's rhythm. In Yerevan it is often Friday evening or a business lunch, in Gyumri weekends and city festivals, at the resorts the peak weeks of the season. Staff do not know the dates. For venues far from the capital, some work needs no travel: checking how calls and messages are answered, whether opening hours and menus match on the map and website. This complements a visit and shows the guest journey before they open the door. The first audit of one venue is free, in any of these cities.
