Privacy policy
The gosti.am site learns nothing about its visitors. We receive data only when you email us, and below is what happens to it.
What the site collects
Nothing. The site has no forms, cookies, analytics or visit counters. Fonts, styles and images load from this same server, so opening pages does not make your browser contact third-party services.
Emails to info@gosti.am
If you write to us, your email is kept in a mailbox with a hosting provider in Armenia. We use it only to reply and prepare a proposal. Emails are not used for mailings. Please do not send unnecessary details: a name, venue name, city and description of the task are enough for a reply.
Correspondence is kept for one year after the last email, then deleted. If you want it deleted sooner, write to info@gosti.am and we will delete the emails.
Server logs
Like any server, the site's server keeps technical logs: IP address, time of request, page address, browser details. These logs are held by the hosting provider and are needed to run and protect the server. We do not use them to find out who visited the site and do not combine them with correspondence.
Your rights
You can ask what data of yours is in our correspondence, and ask us to correct or delete it. To do so, write to info@gosti.am and we will reply by email. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may also contact the authorised state body for personal data protection of the Republic of Armenia.
Applicable law
Personal data processing is governed by the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data (HO-49-N), adopted on 18 May 2015. Under this law, personal data means any information about a person that allows them to be identified directly or indirectly. A name, email address and email signature are such data, so we handle them under the rules of this law.
Data controller
The data controller is the administration of the gosti.am site. Please send questions about data to info@gosti.am. General rules for using the site are set out in the terms of use, and how to reach us is on the Contact page.
Changes
If the way we handle data changes, a new version will appear on this page with a new date.
